1) Ladies’s dresses / Men’s latin shirts and pants :
We regret that we do not accept returns / replacements / exchanges. It will be much appreciated if customers shall carry out the alterations on their end in case of minor unfit. Because the gowns are made to customer’s measurements, we cannot re-sell. However, we are confident that the finished gowns will not be notably different from the display models.
Customers shall also ensure the measurements they provide are accurate. They are suggested to be measured by a local tailor if they are unsure. Since the upper part of all dance dresses, and almost all men’s latin shirts, are made of lycra and / or other types of elastics fabrics, errors of 1-3 cm will not make difference. And we will also try all possible ways to help customers in getting correct measurements, by double checking the measurements they submit, comparing them with customers’ full body photo in case of doubts, etc.
We can alter for customers too. In this case, customers shall send back the commodities at their expenses. After we have altered, we will send it back via registered airmail, service offered by Hong Kong Post.
2) Men’s Modern Gowns including Tailsuits, Modern Dance Suits :
It will be much appreciated if customers shall carry out the alterations on their end in case of minor unfit. Because they are made to customer’s measurements, we cannot re-sell. Our tailors in this field have over 30 years of expertise, there is almost no size issue throughout these long years. And we will also try all possible ways to help customers in getting correct measurements, by double checking the measurements they submit, comparing them with customers’ full body photo in case of doubts, etc.
We can alter for customers too. In this case, customers shall send back the commodities at their expenses. After we have altered, we will send it back via registered airmail, service offered by Hong Kong Post.

1) Hand-made items ( i.e. Hair accessory / Earrings / Ties, etc ) :
We regret that we do not accept returns / exchanges due to hygienic reason. We do not arrange replacements either. If customers do not like the commodities when they have received them on hand, we will arrange full refund.
2) Non-hand-made items ( i.e. Garments covers / all raw materials, etc ) :
Returns / exchanges / replacements for garments covers, and all raw materials including fabrics, crystals, flower appliqués and all kinds of decorations, which are required by individual customer during purchase, are not accepted. They are not manufactured by us, we cannot guarantee on their quality. However, we check them very carefully before we dispatch.
3) Non-hand-made items ( i.e. Inner-wears ) :
We regret that we do not accept returns / exchanges due to hygiene reason.
