2. Over-length surcharge

For Modern models, if the dress length is 140cm or longer, there will be a surcharge of US$10-US$30. For Latin models, if the dress length is 100cm or longer, there will be a surcharge of US$10. Since Latin style has many variations, this charge may not be applicable in some cases. We will confirm after we have received the order. Then we will add the cost(s), if necessary, to the Paypal invoice.

3. Color(s)

Color change will not incur extra charge. Please leave it blank if you want to stay with the original color(s). If you wish a color change, please write the color code(s) here. Since lycra is an essential fabric in almost all dance gowns, please select from the lycra swatch first. We will check availability and match other component materials in the nearest possible shade, then get back to you shortly. If this model is decorated with cotton / sequined fringes, please select from the fringe swatches.

4. Other Requests／Upgrade Rhinestones (extra cost)

If you have special requests, please write here. We will reply to confirm if we can do it or not. Additional cost might incur. We will inform the final cost via email. After customer has agreed, we will add the cost to the Paypal invoice.

5. Download measurement chart

Please download a measurement chart in the format of MS word from here. Open it, “save as” a word doc on your device, then input the figures.

6. Upload measurement chart

After filling in the chart, please "save as" a doc format, then upload the file. Press "Update details" to validate the changes.

Such decorations as flower appliqués (if any) will change from time to time depending on what are available on the market. Fabrics bought in different periods might have slight color variance. Models made of special decorations or floral / abstract printed fabrics will not be available for a long time. Customers are advised to check color / material availability with us in advance of their purchase. We will be happy to suggest substitute fabrics or materials and provide photos. After customer has agreed, we will issue Payapl invoice.

Since all dance gowns are hand-made, and the size of each customer is different, the final appearance might vary slightly from the display images. Our designers will determine during production so as to get the best effect.

Production normally needs 15 - 20 working days.

It usually takes 7 - 14 working days for Registered Airmail to reach most major parts of the world.

Express delivery via DHL will be arranged upon request and at extra cost. Since cost varies according to location, please write the shipping country and postal code in the checkout form, we will provide a quotation shortly. After customer has agreed, we will add the cost to the Paypal invoice.

Speedpost (EMS) can also be arranged upon request and at extra cost. Because it is more economical when the destination is in a remote / non-business area. We will suggest in such case. After customer has agreed, we will add the cost to the Paypal invoice.
