Delivery Policy

Production of custom-made gowns normally needs 15-20 working days.  Dresses decorated with heavy sequin work or special decorations need 20-30 working days.  Men’s Modern items (i.e. Tailsuits, suits of any kind, pants) generally take 30-45 working days.  Production before, during or right after peak seasons or big Chinese festive periods might experience unexpected delays.

We will send images of the finished commodity to customer’s email address after it is done.  Upon his / her approval, we will dispatch the commodity within 12 working hours. All commodities will be dispatched through Hong Kong Post Office registered mail service, as default, and the cost is included in the listed prices.  Express delivery via DHL or Speedpost (EMS) shall be arranged upon request and at customer’s expense.  We will provide quotation after customer has advised the shipping country and postal code.

Shipping notification including the tracking no. will be sent to the customer’s email address after the parcel has been dispatched.  Customer should make sure he / she will check emails (inbox + spam + trash) for all updates from time to time.

Below shows estimated delivery time for most destinations, which exclude remote regions and all possible delays under such circumstances as unfavourable weather conditions affecting air traffic, strikes, customs hold-up, etc.

All possible costs incurred in the destination (i.e. local transportation cost during pick up, import taxes, customs duties, etc) will be at customer’s expense.  Customer shall check with a nearest post / customs office in prior to the purchase in case of doubt.
